I have taken these skills and applied the knowledge gained from my Bachelor in Business Administration degree and career origins in commercial real estate to create a first class experience for my clients.

I provide a high level of communication in a timely manner and regular updates throughout the transaction. It's important to me that my clients feel informed and involved in the sale or purchase of their home.
I am very passionate about helping people meet their goals. Whether I am working with a buyer or a seller, I listen to my clients and help them identify both financial and emotional objectives. It isn't simply about finding a house you love or selling the house you currently own, a home is one of the biggest commitments and investments most people make and it's my responsibility to protect that investment. As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

My residential services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.
Multi-Family
I enjoy evaluating the financial opportunities multi–family offer. I have experience in both residential and commercial multi-family properties and understand how to value these income properties as well as identify great investment opportunities.
Investment
I have long-standing relationships with several investors and help source new investment properties as well as sell the properties once the investor's goals have been met. I thoroughly understand the return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate to identify the best investments.
